How Do Video Downloads Work?
Downloads are available 48 hours following the live program and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Webinar recordings include the entire presentation including Q&A. Presentation materials can be viewed on your screen. PDFs of the presentations are also available on each program’s web page.
Downloading a video file should take 30 minutes at most, depending upon the speed of your Internet connection. If you are using Windows and have Windows Media Player installed, you are all set. If you are working from a Mac, you may need to download and install VLC (free) to play our WMV video files.
