The legal profession continues to advance diversity as an important business priority, however progress in this area has been slow. While many legal departments and law firms have made strides in this area, others still struggle to implement and measure initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in terms of ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, disability and veteran status.

What can corporate legal departments and law firms do to improve their recruitment and retention of diverse attorneys? What are the best practices for legal departments and firms to implement and measure diversity programs in order to create and build a more representative legal profession? How can in-house attorneys influence outside counsel to make attorney diversity a priority?

Listen as our authoritative panel examines the issue of diversity and elimination of bias in corporate legal departments and law firms. The panel will provide guidance for hiring, promoting and retaining diverse attorneys; making diversity a priority; and implementing and evaluating diversity programs.
