CLE Credit

Which states accredit online programs for CLE?

Many states grant CLE credits—participatory, self-study, non-traditional/alternate format—for on-demand streaming audio programs. Refer to our state CLE map for information about your state.

Strafford's CLE On-Demand programs are: Pre-approved for participatory or non-traditional/alternate format credit in: AK, CA, CT*, HI*, NY, SC, WV. Pre-approved for self-study credit in: AZ, MO, MT, TX, VT.

Upon request, also available for participatory or non-traditional/alternate format credit in: ND, CO, GA, NH, NC, OR*, TN, WI*, KY; self-study in: ID, OH**, UT, WA, WY, ME, NM, NV. If you are applying for credit in one of these states, contact Strafford CLE at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 35 or CLE@straffordpub.com.

Strafford does not seek direct accreditation of live or recorded webinars and teleconferences for FL. Attorneys must self-apply to the Florida Bar for CLE course attendance credit.

Upon request, Strafford will supply Florida attorneys with the Continuing Legal Education Application for Course Attendance Credit along with a Strafford Certificate of Attendance to verify participation.  The completed application will need to be submitted by the attorney completing the course directly to the Florida State Bar along with a course brochure and/or outline. For more information, please visitwww.floridabar.org or email clemail@flabar.org.
