When will I receive Program Access Instructions?
Paid orders placed via our website receive program access information immediately as part of the emailed order receipt. Bill me orders will receive access instructions as soon as payment is received by Strafford.
In addition, Program Access Instructions, including a link to program handouts and information about our interactive Q&A session, are emailed to registrants and other designated individuals no later than 24 hours prior to a program. This email is sent from "Strafford Webinars."
To ensure that you receive these instructions, please add our email address — email@example.com — to your address book or Internet Service Provider safe list.
If you do not receive your Program Access Instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (weekdays 9am to 6pm Eastern). Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.
Caution: Your Phone Access and Web Access PIN each are valid for one connection only. If you give out your PIN to others, you will not be able to gain access to the program without registering for an additional phone line or web login (available at a discounted rate of 25% off the price of registration).
