Help for Today's Programs

Where can I locate my Program Access Instructions?

Program Access Instructions are emailed from "Strafford Webinars" no later than 24 hours prior to a program. They are also included in your Strafford account.  If you did not receive your access instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please call Strafford Customer Service at 1-800-926-7926. Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.

How do I access the handout materials?

Course materials are available on the program web page approximately 24 hours prior to the event.  Simply go to www.straffordpub.com and enter the date or name of your seminar in the Search for programs: box.  Click on the name of your program from the Search Results. Then click on the Presentation link found in the Course Materials box in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to a PDF that includes all of the speaker handouts.

Additionally, a link to the course materials is included in the Program Access Instructions, which are emailed from "Strafford Webinars" no later than 24 hours prior to a program. If you did not receive your access instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please call Strafford Customer Service at 1-800-926-7926 (weekdays 9am to 6pm Eastern). Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.
 

How late can I register for a webinar?

You may register any time up to the start of an event, which is 1pm Eastern time. For registrations less than 20 minutes before the program, call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926. This will help ensure that you make the start of the program.

What should I do if my access link is not working?

Access is valid for one web connection only.  Please contact customer service at 1-800-926-7926 so we can address the problem.

I am late, can I still join in?

You can log into the program at any time, however, the number of credits you are eligible to earn will be adjusted to the reflect the amount of time you were actually on the webinar.

I'm having sound quality issues, what can I do?

If the sound quality is not satisfactory, please e-mail sound@straffordpub.com so we can determine and address the cause of the problem.

I missed today's conference, what are my options?

You can purchase a recording (on-demand) of the live event. If you had previously paid for the program, you can transfer your fee to the recording or to another upcoming webinar—or you may request a refund.  Please contact customer service at 1-800-926-7926.
