Colorado CLE

State CLE Requirements

45 hours including 7 hours ethics per 3 year period.

Compliance Deadline:

December 31

Reporting Deadline: January 31

Credit Hour: 50 minutes

Newly Admitted Attorneys:

6 hour Course on Professionalism by the Colorado Bar Association.

Special Requirements:

Attorneys may report their attendance by completing a Colorado Affidavit Form on the Colorado Supreme Court website with the section entitled "accreditation in another (mandatory CLE) state" completed. States include: AZ, AR, CA, HI, IL, MS, MT

On-Demand CLE

Approved CO CLE Provider (Strafford will apply upon request) - state allows max 9 hours per year in non-traditional formats, home study only.  Recorded programs are valid within 2 years of the live presentation date.
