For presentation materials provided for use on or in connection with our Site and Services, you hereby grant to us a world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license, without additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform and display (publicly or otherwise), and otherwise use such presentation materials, in any format or media available now or later developed, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes, such as displaying a customer or presenter's comment on Strafford’s Site and Services as a testimonial). Further, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license. We may use presentation materials without compensation to you or any other person. You are and remain responsible and liable for the content of your presentation materials.
