Our customer service representatives can handle requests for product information, orders and renewals, sample issues, replacement copies of undelivered or damaged issues, address changes, billing inquiries, etc. If they do not know the answer to a question, they will take the responsibility for getting that information for you promptly.

Cover to cover copying of any of our publications, or making multiple copies of individual stories or articles without our permission, is NOT fair use and is prohibited under Section 107 of the US Copyright Act. Such copying violates the copyright laws and is subject to severe criminal penalties. That is why we make available attractive and affordable multiple copy discounts.

In many circumstances, we do grant permission for limited copying, as described below.

PERMISSION TO COPY OUR PUBLICATIONS

Permission to copy items appearing in our publications may be granted to paid subscribers, and others, in certain circumstances. Please submit your request by letter, fax or email us at custserv@straffordpub.com, carefully identifying the item to be copied (referencing the publication name, date and page number), the number of copies you wish to make, and how you intend to use them. We will respond to your inquiry promptly.

In addition, we can provide reprints of any item appearing in any of our publications at a very low cost.

REPRINTS

We can quickly provide reprints of any item that has appeared in our publications. In many instances, these can be customized (in format) to meet your special requests. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We value your privacy.

As a visitor to Strafford's site, you are not required to provide any individually identifiable information. We do not use cookies.
