Online hotel sellers not entitled to dismissal of municipalities' suit seeking taxes

The U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina held online hotel sellers and/or resellers are not entitled to the dismissal of municipalities' suit seeking the full amount of accommodation taxes the sellers collected from consumers at the time they rented hotel rooms.
