When will I receive dial-in/web access instructions?
Paid orders placed via our website receive dial-in/web access information immediately as part of the emailed order receipt. Bill me orders will receive dial-in instructions as soon as payment is received by Strafford.
In addition, dial-in/web access instructions, including a link to program handouts and information about our interactive Q&A session, are emailed to registrants and other designated individuals no later than 24 hours prior to a program. This email is sent from "Strafford Webinar Administrator."
To ensure that you receive these instructions, please add our email address — custserv@spb-g.com — to your address book or Internet Service Provider safe list.
If you do not receive your dial-in instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please email dial-in@straffordpub.com or call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (weekdays 9 am to 6 pm Eastern). Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.
Caution: Your web Conference ID (or Meeting Room number) and telephone PIN are valid for one-time use only. So please do not share the special toll-free phone number and PIN with others.
