When will my subscription start?
Your first issue will generally be sent within 24 hours of order receipt.
How can I get a replacement issue?
We will gladly replace missing issues from your subscription at no charge. Just email missingissue@straffordpub.com or call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (weekdays 9 am to 6 pm Eastern). Be sure to mention the name of the publication and which issue(s) you are missing.
How can I get permission to copy an item from a publication?
You may be granted permission to copy or post items in certain limited circumstances. Just email permissions@straffordpub.com or call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (weekdays 9 am to 6 pm Eastern). Be sure to include the publication name and date/volume #, the item title, and the page #, as well as a brief description of how you would like to use the item.
Reminder: Cover to cover copying of any of our publications, or making multiple copies of individual stories or articles without our permission, is not fair use and is prohibited under Section 107 of the US Copyright Act.
Can my subscription be delivered electronically?
All newsletters are available in searchable PDF format via email at the same price as a print subscription (minus S&H charges). Or you may subscribe to both the print version and emailed searchable PDF for only an additional $50 per year over the regular print subscription price.
For broader distribution, group subscriptions, customized to your requirements, are available for multiple individuals, selected offices, whole departments, or your entire firm. Is there a discount if I subscribe or renew for two years?
Yes. For publications with a cover price over $1000, you save $200 when you subscribe or renew for two years. For publications with a cover price under $1000, you save $100 when you subscribe or renew for two years.
Do you offer multiple copy discounts/site licenses?
Significant discounts are available for group subscriptions — both print and electronic delivery. Prices vary because these programs are custom-tailored to meet the needs of your organization.

What is your subscription cancellation/refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel at any time and request a full refund under our 100% Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee. If you have not yet paid, just write "cancel" on the invoice, return it to us, and owe nothing.
Why am I getting renewal notices so early?
Renewal notices are sent prior to the expiration of your subscription to give you time to renew without missing any issues and to offer you the opportunity to avoid future price increases.
If you prefer not to receive renewal notices, you can sign up for our automatic renewal program.
How can I set up my subscription to renew automatically?
This is the way Strafford's automatic renewal program works: one month before your subscription is scheduled to expire, we will automatically renew it for another year and send you an invoice. You would still have the option to cancel at any time.

How can I order reprints?
We can provide reprints of any item that has appeared in our publications. In many instances, the reprints can be formatted to meet your needs. Be sure to include the publication name and date/volume #, the item title, and the page #, as well as the desired reprint quantity.
What types of submissions do you accept?
Strafford's publications are written exclusively by our in-house editorial staff. Therefore, we do not publish the work of outside contributors.
However, our legal editors welcome notification from attorneys of important court decisions in subject areas we cover, and our tax editors are always interested in reading analyses of relevant laws, regulations and court rulings, as these can lead to stories or identification of experts to be interviewed. You may email editors@straffordpub.com.
Where can I send a press release?
Our tax editors welcome press releases giving notice of policy developments in subject areas our publications cover. You may e-mail any releases to editors-tx@straffordpub.com.
How can I get an editorial calendar or media kit?
Since Strafford's publications do not accept advertising, no editorial calendar or media kit is available.
