What should I know about Online CLE/Webinars?
Online Streaming Webinars are available 24 hours following the live program and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can listen to recorded programs online at your convenience via streaming audio, access PDFs of the presentations, and ask questions via e-mail. Strafford offers one-year of continuous access to every program you purchase.
Strafford legal online webinars are eligible for CLE credits in many states. Refer to our map for information about your specific state.
How do I access my Online CLE/Webinars?
If the Listen button is showing on your order receipt, the program is available for immediate access. Simply click the Listen button and follow the instructions on the screen.
If not, it will be posted to your Strafford web account within 24 hours of the live program.
To access your audio file from your account, click on "Sign In" at the top of this page and enter the account holder's email address and password (if needed, you will have the opportunity to set or reset your password).
Your online files will be listed under the heading "Purchased Online Webinars." If the Listen button appears, your program is available for immediate listening.
Most computers are set up with everything you need to listen. Specifically, the system requirements are:
- Recent Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 3.0 or higher, Safari 4.0 or higher)
- Internet connection
- JavaScript enabled
- Adobe Flash Player installed (Internet Explorer requires ActiveX enabled in order to install Flash)
When you are ready to listen, click the Listen button and follow the instructions on the screen.
Which recorded formats are available for Strafford programs?
Strafford webinars are available as MP3 Downloads and Webinar Downloads and on CD and DVD-ROM. Strafford teleconferences are available as MP3 Downloads and on CD. All formats contain a recording of the complete live program presentation, including question-and-answer session, as well as access to speaker handouts (PDF format). Most legal programs qualify for self-study CLE credits.
What should I know about MP3 Downloads?
MP3 audio files are available for downloading 24 hours following the live program (pre-payment required). Downloading an MP3 file takes a couple of minutes or less. It can be saved to your computer and copied to any iPod or MP3 player or CD.
If you are using Windows and have Windows Media Player installed, or if you are working from a Mac and have QuickTime or iTunes installed, you are all set. Simply follow the instructions provided on your purchase receipt.
What should I know about Webinar Downloads?
Webinar slide presentations are available for downloading 3 days following the live program (pre-payment required). Downloading a video file should take 30 minutes at most, depending upon the speed of your Internet connection.
If you are using Windows and have Windows Media Player installed, you are all set. Simply follow the instructions provided on your purchase receipt. If you are working from a Mac, you may need to download and install VLC (free) to play our WMV video files. Once you've installed VLC, simply follow the instructions provided on your purchase receipt.
How do I access my MP3 or Webinar downloadable files?
Downloadable files are posted to your Strafford web account. To access your downloaded file(s) from your account, click on "Sign In" at the top of this page and enter the account holder's email address and password. (You will have the opportunity to set or reset your password if needed.) Once signed in, click on the name or email address on the upper right side of the web page to access your account.
Your downloaded file(s) will be listed. If the Download button appears under the Download column, your file is available immediately. If not, MP3 files will be available for downloading 24 hours following the live program, Webinar downloads 10 days following the live program (pre-payment required). You can re-download any file from the Strafford website for up to one year.
Can downloadable files be shared with others?
Yes - MP3s (audio) and WMVs (video) can be downloaded to your personal computer or player or to your company's intranet. However, posting on the Internet or sharing with parties external to your company is strictly prohibited.
What if I have trouble downloading or playing my MP3 or Webinar file?

What should I know about CDs and DVDs?
CDs and DVDs for PC are generally shipped within 10 days following the live program (pre-payment required). Speaker handouts are included in PDF format.
Does the program recording contain the speaker handouts?
All recorded formats contain a recording of the complete live program presentation, including question-and-answer session, as well as access to speaker handouts (PDF format).
How quickly will my CD or DVD be shipped?
CDs and DVDs are generally shipped within 10 days following the live teleconference program. Please note that payment must be received before a CD is shipped.
Can my CD/DVD or publication order be shipped overnight?
Orders received by 4 pm Eastern can be shipped the same day via overnight or 2-day service. Customers pay a $10 rush handling fee plus actual expedited shipping charges. Alternatively, customers may pay the $10 rush handling fee and charge shipping to their own expedited shipping account.
