I cannot get into the call—what should I do?

Please call Strafford Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (or 404-881-1141 ext. 10) and we will assist you in accessing the call.

Where can I locate my dial-in/web access instructions?

Dial-in/web access instructions are emailed from "Strafford Webinar Administrator" no later than 24 hours prior to a program. If you did not receive your dial-in instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please call Strafford Customer Service at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10. Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.

Where can I locate my handouts?

Speaker handouts are available on the program web page approximately 24 hours prior to the event.  Simply go to www.straffordpub.com and select your seminar from the Upcoming Programs list. Then click on the Speaker Handouts link found in the Program Materials box in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to a PDF that includes all of the speaker handouts.

Additionally, a link to the program handouts is included in the dial-in/web access instructions, which are emailed from "Strafford Webinar Administrator" no later than 24 hours prior to a program. If you did not receive your dial-in instructions or if you need to have them re-sent, please call Strafford Customer Service at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10 (weekdays 9 am to 6 pm Eastern). Be sure to mention the title and date of the program and name of the main registrant.

I am late, can I still join in?

You can dial into the program at any time using the special toll-free phone number and PIN. However, if you have signed up for Strafford's CLE/CPE processing service, the number of credits you are eligible to earn will be adjusted to the reflect the amount of time you are actually on the call.

The program starts in 5 minutes, can I still register?

You may register any time up to the start of a Strafford program, which is 1 pm Eastern time. For fastest service on registrations less than 30 minutes before the event, call Strafford Customer Service at 1-800-926-7926 ext 10.

I'm having sound quality issues, what can I do?

If the sound quality is not satisfactory, please e-mail sound@straffordpub.com so we can determine and address the cause of the problem.

I missed today's conference, what are my options?

You can purchase a recording of the live event available in downloadable formats (within 24 hours) and traditional CD/DVD formats (within 10 days). If you had previously paid for the program, you can transfer your fee to the recording or to another upcoming webinar—or you may request a refund.
