How many CLE credits will I earn by participating in a webinar?
Strafford CLE Webinars are 90 minutes long and will earn at least 1.5 general credits. The exact amount depends on your state rules and the duration of attendance and thus cannot be determined in advance.

For jurisdictions without mandatory CLE, including DC, MA, MD, MI, and SD, Strafford will supply a Certificate of Attendance upon request. Strafford will also provide documentation for paralegals to self-apply for credits with accrediting organizations. In either case, the usual CLE processing charges apply.
Due to restrictions of the following jurisdictions, Strafford cannot provide CLE credit processing for IN, OH or for NY attorneys admitted within the last 2 years.
When should I apply for CLE credit processing?
Since reporting requirements vary widely by state, we encourage you to apply within 30 days after a program.
Special Exceptions: For AL, ME, OK and VA: Please call for special CLE registration instructions. For NM, NC and NH: Strafford must receive your completed CLE Official Record of Attendance within 10 days following a program. Click here to learn how to apply for CLE credit processing.
How do I apply for CLE credit processing?
To obtain CLE credits using Strafford's CLE processing service, you must participate in the live program, affirm your participation by completing and submitting Strafford's CLE Official Record of Attendance, and pay any required fees.
For NM, NC and NH: Strafford must receive your completed CLE Official Record of Attendance within 10 days following a program.
For NY: Participants in the live program must record a code announced during the webinar on Strafford's NY CLE Official Record of Attendance form to get credits.
The Official Record of Attendance (CLE Form) for each event can found in the Handouts box in the top right corner of the program web page.
How long will it take to receive confirmation of my CLE credits?
Depending on the individual states' approval times, Strafford will send CLE credit confirmation to attendees within approximately 30 days of receiving the attendee's completed CLE Official Record of Attendance — provided all required conditions have been satisfied. Can I apply for CLE credit on my own?
For most states, you can report your CLE credits without Strafford's assistance. Contact your state CLE board for information on self-reporting CLE credits. For your own records, you may use the Official Record of Attendance (CLE Form) found in the Handouts box in the top right corner of each program web page.
Where can I find the CLE attendance form?
A link to the Official Record of Attendance (CLE Form) is located in the top right corner of each teleconference program web page. In addition, a link to the form can be found within the 'thank you' email that is sent to each registrant following the conclusion of the program.
Which states accredit online programs for CLE?
Many states grant CLE credits—participatory, self-study, non-traditional/alternate format—for on-demand streaming audio programs. Refer to our state CLE map for information about your state.
Strafford's Online CLE programs are: Pre-approved for participatory or non-traditional/alternate format credit in: AK, CA, CT*, HI*, NY, SC, WV. Pre-approved for self-study credit in: AZ, MO, MT, TX, VT.
Upon request, also available for participatory or non-traditional/alternate format credit in: ND, CO, FL, GA, NH, NC, OR*, TN, WI*, KY; self-study in: ID, UT, WA, WY, ME, NM, NV. Is CLE credit available on recorded events?
Strafford's legal program recordings are pre-approved for self-study credit in AK, AZ, CA, CT, MO, MT, NY*, TX, VT, WA. (*NY CLE rules uniquely require self-study listeners to verify their participation by submitting the NY Affirmation Form for Recorded Events. Please contact Strafford's CLE department at 1-800-926-7926 ext. 35 or CLE@straffordpub.com for this form.

How do I fill out my Official Record of Attendance for CLE?
