Yes, but please note that your order will not be processed until payment is received as described below:
For live webinars, payment must be received by the program date unless special arrangements have been made.
For CLE/CPE processing, payment must be received before your credits will be processed.
For downloadable MP3s and webinar downloads, payment must be received before the files are posted to your account.
For CD/DVDs, books, binders, back issues, and special reports, payment must be received before your order will be shipped.
For newsletters, your subscription will be started when your order is received, but will be suspended if we do not receive payment within 60 days.
For credit card orders placed via our website, you will receive an email confirmation and credit card receipt as soon as you complete the purchase. For credit card orders placed via telephone or email, you will receive an emailed receipt by the next business day.
For bill me orders placed via our website, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice as soon as you complete the order. For bill me orders placed via telephone or email, you will receive an emailed invoice by the next business day.
If you have created a web account with Strafford and have ordered via the web, you can print a copy of your receipt from your account. Simply click on "Sign In" at the top right of the screen to access your account. Then go to the Orders section and click the Receipt or Invoice button beside the designated order. If you email us, please be sure to include your contact information and mention the program name or publication title.
Credit card refunds are processed within 1 business day of request. Check refunds are generally processed within one week of request.
