Pennsylvania CLE

State CLE Requirements

12 hours including 1 hour ethics, professionalism or substance abuse per year.

Compliance Deadline:

Group I - May 1 through April 30 of each year.
Group II - September 1 through August 31 of each year.
Group III - January 1 through December 31 of each year.

Reporting Deadline: As assigned.

Credit Hour: 60 minutes (1/2 hour increments after initial 60 minutes)

Newly Admitted Attorneys:

4 Bridge the Gap seminar hours by 1st reporting deadline.

Special Requirements:

Attorneys must pre-register for PA CLE (call 1-800-926-7926 ext. 10).
