45 hours including 5 hours ethics and 1 hour child abuse reporting per 3 year period. Compliance Deadline: December 31 Reporting Deadline: January 31 Credit Hour: 60 minutes Newly Admitted Attorneys: 15 hours including 10 hours practical skills (management of law practice, basic substantive areas of law, client relations, court procedure, negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, malpractice, professional, or substance abuse). Special Requirements: State requires that CLE program provider report attendance. |
