Attorneys A-M (Even years): 24 hours per compliance period Compliance Deadline: June 30 Reporting Deadline: July 31 following last day of compliance period. Credit Hour: 60 minutes (rounded down to 1/4 hour) Newly Admitted Attorneys: 15 hour integrated course (jurisdiction of local courts, local court rules, filing requirements for government agenices, how to draft pleadings/other documents, practice techniques and procedures, client communications, trust accounts, record keeping and other elements of practice) within 1st year. |
