| State CLE Requirements |
3 hours ethics or professionalism (ethical obligations, professional responsibility, bias awareness and prevention, client trust account administration, access to justice, case management, malpractice prevention and law office management) per year. Compliance Deadline: December 31 Reporting Deadline: January 31 Credit Hour: 60 minutes Newly Admitted Attorneys: Must complete HSBA Professionalism course prior to the end of the year following the year admitted to the bar. Exempt from all other requirements for the year in which admitted. Special Requirements: State requires CLE program provider to report attendance within 30 days of completion. |
